Recently, a new wafer was printed by EV Group, using the revolutionary manufacturing technology of Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL). This technology enables an advanced printing of micro- and nanostructures for automotive components – such as LiDAR sensors. In the case of TINKER, these structures were developed by CEA-Leti and will be part of the sensors to be integrated into Marelli‘s smart headlight lamps.
